I had been wanting to do new windows in my house for a few years. SO I finally decided to get some estimates last March. I was really shocked by how much replacing the windows would cost. I had some of the big Hardware companies come out and I literally thought I would never get windows. So I was unable to do it and figured I needed to save more money. I also wondered if me being a single mother caused those other guys to raise my prices. Well a friend of mine had hired Five Star so I decided to call and let them come out. Bryan the owner came out promptly and gave me a price that day. He showed me pictures and demonstrated a window. When I got the price I really thought he made a mistake in my favor. I even asked him, he assured me it was correct. A Long story short I was able to do all my windows and save almost 900 dollars. The job was completed in less than a month from start to finish. The installers were very professional and all had on company shirts. I cant think Bryan and the company enough for taking care of me and my family. I would highly recommend.

What a difference! Living in the Augusta Road area of Greenville, I was often embarrassed by our awful windows. So we replaced 12 windows this week with owner Bryan, Chris and crew. Everything went smoothly and the crew was willing to ask our opinion about installation and trim options. I had seen Bryan's crew working on a house up the street and was so impressed with their professionalism and the look of the windows and doors that I stopped and asked one of the crew for a business card. Glad I did. It's been so nice to get rid of our old dated windows with their storm windows, and to be able to open our windows and enjoy the screens. The aluminum wrapping on our old painted wood trim is a huge improvement. And the frosted window in the bathroom gives privacy but still lets in light. I will be using Bryan again for more window replacements on our house. You should too.

Bryan Murray and his staff did an excellent and professional job in getting our house back together after we had a 14 inches hailstorm last April. I want to personally thank him and his staff for their southern hospitality and willing to finish the job when the other contractor couldn't deliver on his obligation. Our house is now back together again and my wife and I are well pleased with our windows. 5 Stars also installed our French door in the sun room.

Bryan and his crew did a great job screening in my existing patio. It makes the space so much more useful for me since I am able to enjoy my outside space without being bothered by outside pests. Their workmanship asks attention to detail was wonderful and I am always getting compliments on how wonderful it all looks! Will definitely use them again if the opportunity arises. I had finally got my house paid off and decided to do several projects on my house. I had wanted one company that I could hire to do all projects if possible. I met with Bryan the owner of the company and assured me they could handle everything on my list. This is the third project they have done as I had a deck rebuilt and a new roof installed. My windows were old windows with the silver storm windows. They were in bad shape. I absolute love the new windows. They look great. The repaired some rotten wood and put the wrap on the outside. It really changed my whole look of the house. I am very pleased and would recommend highly. The crew all wore company shirts, and were very professional. They cleaned up and no mess on the inside of the house. Next spring Ill be redoing my bathroom and this company will definitely be doing that as well. Thanks guys.

Bryan came over soon after we called to give us an estimate. Very professional, great price, was able to refer some other handy men for some other things we needed done around here. Everything went as he said and was always available by cell phone when we had questions. Love our new windows and garage doors. Very positive experience. Highly recommend this company.

There was a mixup in the office and Brian did not get my message immediately, which was explained to me by his assistant. I appreciated that very much. Brian came over the next day and identified the problem, gave some excellent advice, and repaired the window right then. The cost was better than I expected. I would not hesitate to call Five Star again or refer him to anyone in my complex, as we all have the same windows.

When five star came out to do my windows, the owner mentioned it looked like I had hail damage on my roof. He advised me to get in touch with my insurance company to get an adjuster to come out and inspect the roof. Turns out I did have the damage and my insurance company took care of my new roof. Five Star did my roof and it looks great. They cleaned up all debri and the whole job was done in less than two days. I feel very fortunate to have met this company. They have taken care of two jobs for me now and zero complaints. I highly recommend to at least let the owner come out and look at your job, They are very professional.

Five Star replaced the screens in an existing screened in porch. They also replaced metal framing where needed. Bryan is friendly and very easy to work with. His crew is great - punctual and neat. We definitely recommend Five Star and would use them again.

I had a weathered deck with a lot of rotten wood. It had become unsafe and definitely needed to be replaced. I called Five Star out and they gave me quote that day. I had gotten several bids and they were actually in the middle price wise. I picked them as the owner seemed very knowledgeable and showed me pictures of work they had completed to give me an idea of what my deck would look like. The project took 3 days, and it turned out great. I would highly recommend these guys. No pressure, very relaxed and was a great experience. The installers all had company shirts on, were very polite and well mannered. I have had some bad experiences in the past so this was a very nice change.

Out of all the quotes they were the only one that brought a book showing me what they have done so I had a idea of what I was getting.

This was by far the easiest project we have ever done. We got all of our estimates and Five Star was by far the best for our money! The windows were ordered and came in early, which put the whole project completed ahead of time!!! The windows are amazing and the outside wrapping is incredible and gives a completely updated and new look to our home.

The windows turned out great! The owner came out and gave us a quote, which was a very fairly priced and we were thrilled. They installed the windows, took care of some rotten wood, and installed new shutters. Everything looks awesome. We are very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend. We will hire this company for future projects.
