These people care about their work! They are fussy and very knowledgeable about what they do. Without question I would hire them again. They are also reasonably priced.

Great job! Bryan followed up on all repairs and kept us posted on when the job was going to be done. Gary and Josh installed three doors. The Anderson door for the basement was a project all by itself and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

To Home Advisor, We contacted Bryan at Five Star Windows in Boiling Springs, SC to work on a door with a broken lock. It is a very unusual door with multiple locking systems. I had a bad experience with another contractor so I was a little gun shy when Bryan came out to give me an estimate on covering the trim on my house and vinyl siding on the gables. He assured me the job would be done write and asked for NO money up front. His estimate was really good so I hired him. His works did a great job and my house looks great! My Five Star Windows & Remodeling project was a screened porch that is high off the ground that needed a lot of repairs. After talking with Bryan, we decided to turn it into a sunroom. This was a good choice because we can use this room year round. Five Star's quality of work is excellent with reasonable prices. Everyone who worked on this project was friendly and beyond excellent work. We recommend Bryan and his company. They are definitely Five Stars!

My Five Star Windows & Remodeling project included new vinyl siding, new replacement windows, new exterior doors and storm doors, a new garage door, and new gutters with gutter caps. A big project with a reasonable cost. Bryan's team did excellent work. My wife and I are really pleased with how it all turned out. The siding is good quality, the windows great with a lifetime warranty, and the gutters are heavy duty with excellent caps to keep leaves out. All the workers were extremely courteous, addressed any questions we had, and cleaned up after themselves. We are already discussing an interior project for Bryan in the fall. Would definitely use Five Star again.

The workers were very professional and very helpful with answering all questions. Did a good job of cleaning up the site when the job was completed. Any problems I saw, Byron had the crew correct the problem to my satisfaction. I plan on rehiring them for other work I may have done in the future.

During the walk through I notice several thing that I pointed out to Bryan. He had a crew out that day too correct the problem to my satisfaction. I really like my new deck.

I needed the deck, siding and gutters replaced due to hail damage and the insurance would not pay for any of it. I called Five Star Windows and Remodeling, LLC. Bryan came out, looked at everything, explained what would be done and gave estimate. He answered all my questions, was the only company who seemed interested and wanted to do a good job. Everything is looking great! Recommend HIGHLY!

Bryan came in and got right to the estimate. Once the windows arrived there was a little delay but the results look great. Really enjoying my new windows just in time for Spring!

Good work

I own a condo with old windows. I had 9 windows replaced and the team did a great job. The windows were completed within 1-2 days.

I got hit last summer by a bad hail storm and had damage to my siding. It was a very frustrating process as my Insurance company would not pay to do my whole house even though more than half of my walls were damaged. I had several companies out including Five Star but only two seemed interested in trying to get the job. I choose Five Star because the owner went above and beyond trying to match my siding. He would find different siding samples and drop them off at my house for me to look at. Even with all the effort we never could find a match and I refused to have a checker board house. I didn't immediately have the extra money to do the entire house. So in October I told Bryan I was ready to start this project. Again I put Bryan through the ringer trying to pick out a color as I told him I wanted it to look great but not like everyone else in the neighborhood. He found me a very unique color that is between a tan and a yellow. He also recommended we use white corners and trim to really make it stand out. I was a little skeptical at first about the white but after seeing pictures and then Bryan took me to one of his previous customers house to see that look I was convinced. It looks great. I cant think Bryans crew enough for the quality of work they did. I would find things to mention to Bryan and he would always laugh and say well were not done yet. Well I couldn't find anything I didn't like so I guess he was right. A great company, I was at ease with them. All crew guys had company shirts. Very polite and cleaned up everything. Highly Recommend,
