Bryan and his team did a great job of installing 22 windows on our home. The employees were friendly and they always cleaned up nicely whenever they were finished for that day. Whenever we did a walk through and there was a problem it was taken care of right away. Everything Bryan said the windows would do is 100% true and we have gotten compliments on how nice they look.

Bryan has gotten multiple small projects done at my home. Even if it s not his company, he sends people he knows to get the job done. From roofing to drywall, he has come through every time. He prides himself on affordable cost and he follows through with it.

Bryan is a man of his word and that is one of the most important traits for a contractor in my opinion. The work he and his crews did on remodeling our bathroom and MB closet as well as screening in our covered patio is outstanding. They all came when they said they would, they did what they said they would do, and everyone was clearly focused on doing the best job possible and making sure we were pleased with the outcome. Their goals were more than met. I cannot recommend Five Star Windows highly enough. Having dealt with several other remodeling companies through the years, they are without question the BEST!!

We had a porch roof added to our existing porch. We also had gutters and downspouts installed. The workers were friendly, professional. and the work was completed quickly. We were amazed at the speed of the gutter installation. The workers cleaned up with no debris left behind. Brian is wonderful to work with. We are more than satisfied with the work. This will be the company we call for future projects. I would highly recommend them.

The team did a great job with a very difficult installation of a 12x14 Cedar Gazebo with Metal Roof. While challenging at times, they persevered and did an excellent job. they cleaned up the site completely. Very satisfied with work

Bryan and his team were absolutely wonderful. They were very reasonably priced and completed the work timely. They installed windows and a new sliding door to the deck, and some deck repairs. Their work was flawless and the team was very accommodating and friendly. They did an EXCELLENT job, and will call them again for anything needed on my home.

One year ago we renovated our master bathroom because we basically had not used the shower/tub in over the previous year due to a leak we just **could not find**. Spots and water would come down through our kitchen ceiling from the seance floor master bath. In comes Five Star Windows *Remodeling, they worked on the leak and claimed it was fixed, then remodeled my bathroom so pretty. Then... it still leaked. His plumber came, cut a big hole in my kitchen ceiling to find the leak, said it was the tiling. The tile guy came and redid the tile TWICE because the first re-tiling made the leak worse, then we left a massive hole in our kitchen ceiling for MONTHS to make sure it did not leak anymore. It appeared to be fix, but we waited a while on the advice of Five Start Windows and Remodeling to make sure there was not any leak, so the massive hole in the kitchen ceiling stayed. Meanwhile we had Five Star Windows and Remodeling give us a quote on a very low-end flip project....he came back reasonable, but we decided not to hire because we wanted to save him for higher end projects a little down the road, plus we knew the contractor we ended up with. The relationship ended poorly because he got very angry at us, telling us we wasted his time, sent nasty texts, telling us we were taking a big gamble hiring someone who was not *five star* like he was, and essentially questioning the hired contractor who he did not even know! Mind you, when he sent his quote he also said that it was *no hard feelings* if we did not end up using him!! Not a nice way to treat your customers and build future relationships. So the hole in the ceiling was not repaired. Then we hired a drywall guy ourselves, out of pocket, 10 months after the original project had begun, FINALLY repairing the kitchen ceiling. It looked perfect...love my drywall guy as he always makes it look like nothing happened (used him at my other house too). It took him 2 days to repair it. But now I have a split forming in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was never fixed. I have had men in my bathroom so many times I might as well be a hotel. Five Star Windows and remodeling was a BIG disappointment for us, he started out reliable, but then went downhill and I ended up ditching him to repair the ceiling HE should have completed, but it honestly was not worth having him back after the way he treated us. Beware.

I had a storm door install by another individual/company that was poorly installed. After dealing with the frustrations of the poorly installed door, I contacted Five Star. Five Star replaced the storm door and installation is top notch. I would definitely recommend.

This contractor is very easy to work with! We had windows installed and the front and rear doors. They worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted for the best possible price. My wife and I are extremely happy with their work and will call them again when work is needed.

I wanted to make my home as maintenance-free as possible. Not only did I need the hardboard covered with vinyl shingle, I wanted vinyl soffits, and all the frieze boards, fascia boards, windows, and doors wrapped. Ricky & Red did a super job - my house looks terrific!

5 Star did a great job on my bathroom remodel. Work involves removing a garden tub, replacing with a custom shower, removing the old stall shower and converting into a linen closet. The crew did a great job, were easy to work with, and always cleaned up after themselves!!. Plus the price was phenomenal, thousands less than the other quotes I got. Highly recommend.

These guys get the job done and they get it done right! They work quickly, proficiently and most of all professionally. Bryan is very personable and you can tell he really cares about your project and wants to get it done correctly and in a timely manner. All of Bryan's crew members were very nice gentlemen. His crewmember, Chris, did the majority of the work on our home and he was outstanding. I highly recommend Five Star and will be using them in the future.
