It was ridiculous how unprofessional this outfit was. I believe they knew that themselves. The operator cut the phone line to my home while removing the dirt to get the lid off our septic tank. Accidents happen, and we understood that, but they didn t even bother to tell us they did it. I got on the phone and it was dead. I had to figure out from there what happened. I knew they were aware of what they did, because they haven t sent the bill to me for the work yet.

They didn t keep us waiting on them to show up and it took them only a few minutes to pump this tank out and to sanitize it. The guy was real nice and they didn t leave any messes or have any problems. I couldn t remember what it cost me for this.

This wasn t a big job, but I knew these guys did good work, because I have always used them. They pumped out my septic tank to get it cleaned out. It only took them about an hour and they got the job done right. Their price was fair, so once again I was happy about that.
