The showed up within one day after I contacted and arrived exactly on time. All work was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better job. They even said if I had further problems in the near future they would come back and fix it free of charge. Bottom line I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED FROM START TO FINISH!!

Once they finally came they did exactly what I expected, promptly and precisely. Unfortunately, it took a long time to get it scheduled and it had to be rescheduled a couple times. I was also suppose to be given a detailed written report of further recommendations and estimate which I never received. HB

excellent. professional and reasonable. wanted to start with some more inexpensive solutions and move to more expensive solutions. Nice to have someone say, 'this is how I would do it if it were my home. No need to waste money' We were happy. We did have one spot leak after the hurricane came through, and so we will be calling them back...but they fixed everything else.

I did not end up going with tem them. Another company came in a little bit lower than they did and I thought they were a little more professional. Their price was very competitive. The overall experience was very good. They emailed frequently to stay in touch over the process of getting an estimate and kind of talking about what we would do. It was a good experience. It made it a little difficult to make the decision, but basically it came down to money. They do an aerial measurement where the other company actually got on the roof and walked it. Everything I read said those aerial measurements usually end up, since it is an estimate, you might end up with extra shingles that you've paid for and they can't go back. That was another reason I liked the other method better.

They did a great job. They also did the complete clean up and they kept me in constant communication. The owners wife constantly communicated with me to make sure I knew everything that was going on. I've done this kind of thing before, what materials were not used they actually gave to me. Good Company. Good People. They're very customer oriented.

Dave provided excellent service. His staff in the office maintained communication for appointments and any changes due to weather. His first job was quick and easy. He not only did the requested repair, he also repaired an issue he found at no extra cost. Dave spent time talking about the roof life, his recommendation, and was a consummate instructor to his employees with him. Dave sent one of his employees back the next day to ensure the job was good after the night's rain. Well done MBG.

Friendly staff (person I coordinated with and person who inspected my roof). Was able to set up inspection in less than 1 week (for free). Received estimate in a day. However the estimate was ridiculously high to remove and replace vent pipe boots. I ended up going with a licensed handyman for over half the cost. I would probably recommend this company for major repairs but not minor repairs.

It went very well. Very responsive and out of 4 other roofers I have tried, they are the only ones that called back and did what they said they would do. Repaired bad flashing around chimney. Repaired ridge vents, replaced bad shingle. Price was fair, time table was acceptable knowing that all roofers are busy since the flooding.

The estimate seemed very reasonable to me and in the process, identified an issue with the roof. He was very pleasant to work with and thorough. He was honest in terms of the repair, that he might be more expensive due the small nature of the repair and their type of business. I will definitely keep them as contact for any major roof repair.

Only asked for asphalt shingle re-roofing job quote.Very quick to respond, 1 day. Sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable of the requirements for the job, and was able to calculate the price of the job immediately with a detail materials and labor quote. Price was only 3% higher than the 1 other quote I received from another A rated local roofer, and 20% lower than another.

They came out. To look at the roof. Tarped it for us. Gave us to estimates, one for repair the other for replacement. They came on the appointed day and repaired the roof, cleaned up and were out of there. The owner was on the job site. We hired this company based no there many positive reviews and our experience was no different. Hence the review is to the point.

It took a little while to get on their schedule but they were friendly and efficient.
