+ -1 moreHorrible company (just 1 guy not a company at all). Gives he illusion of being professional but is anything but! Came to my home via AHS. Refused to wear shoe coverings claiming because he was working with electricity, his shoes needed to touch the floor. Hogwash!!! He was replacing the door seal on a washer (which was unplugged). Then reported to AHS that there was a safety hazard and that I wouldn't let him complete the job. I have NEVER had a repair person refuse to wear shoes coverings in my home. He got paid but my washer wasn't repaired because AHS said that because he had come out, they could not assign another repair person. Needless to say, I am no longer an AHS customer! This guy is disrespectful and a liar. Go elsewhere for your repair needs. The subsequent repair person had no problem wearing shoe coverings. Make it make sense!

+ -1 moreThis company came out To my home on behalf of AHS. They are unresponsive! It took numerous phone calls, emails and voicemails for this company to submit the report to AHS after 9 days of going to my property. I spent over 4 hours over the course of 3 days to get this resolved. When the report finally came in, it was bogus! I hope to never have to use this company ever again! Consumers Beware!

+ -1 moreThis contractor is awful. No communication on whether they were going to look at the fridge at my property. I had to call my warranty company to ask the company to finally call me and schedule the appointment because they never answer the phone or return voicemails. I had to find out from the tenants that they did indeed go look at the fridge. Then when I left a voicemail 3 days later asking for an update from them, they did not return my call. The next day I called several times to see if they would eventually answer, and they instead blocked my phone number. Unbelievably unprofessional and ridiculous. Don't waste your life trying to hire them.
