The master bath floor mosaic tiles are not set evenly. The floor of the shower puddles because of poor preparation of the subsurface. The job looks is very amateurish

There were warning signs from the initial awarding of the job. Mr. Orman was late in responding to phone calls and to confirm the start of work. He was professional but always seemed pressed for time. When the work commenced, the job appeared to be "squeezed" in between bigger projects. He had just enough time to complete the job in one day. The end result was uneven floor tiles, inconsistent grout color, and the backsplash was not flush around the electrical outlets. The poor quality of the work was readily visible. I called Mr. Orman to tell him I was not pleased and he said he would come back and inspect the work to make it right. A couple of weeks passed and I spoke with him again about his work. Once again he squeezed the job in between bigger projects and was rushed for time. The work appeared to be a bother for him and he was upset to have to come back to make things right. He was argumentative. In the end, he only dyed the grout to make the color consistent and never did repair the uneven tiles or backsplash. At this point, I did not call him back as the experience was so negative and stressful I did not want any further contact with him. I would not recommend Mr. Orman or his company Bella Tile.
