+ -1 more1. was able to come up with a side entry garage on the narrow lot. Garage is both wide & deep 2. A one of a kind low country design for a narrow lot on our street. 3. Was able to make some small changes and suggestions to our input. 4. He was able to modify a previous home designed for a wider lot to meet our specs. 5. Nice bright layout and screened porch facing the water
Description of Work: Our builder Total Design Concepts had us work with Architect Thomas Hiatt. Our problem was finding a builder who could build a side entry garage on a 55' narrow deep lot. Tom Hiatt was able to come up with a great low country design with side entry.
