Ric Hollifield, the agent we are using to sell my father's house in South Carolina after he has moved to Indiana, was the most professional and helpful person we could have hoped for. He keeps the line of communication open, provides photos and updates on the progress of the home's repair, and has helped in ways that go above and beyond my expectations. Not only could we never have completed this process in a timely manner without Ric, he was completely understanding about the situation my father is in, and I cannot recommend him highly enough for all your real estate needs.
Description of Work: Arranged for the sale of my father's home and went out of his way to assist with necessary repair for to get the house in a condition that was ready for the real estate market.
