+ -1 moreThe service guy they sent was very professional (Brian) but the company overcharged and did not resolve the problem and then charged me for parts that did not fix the issue.
Description of Work: I felt this company charged an excessive amount for repair ($90 per hour) and then billed for more hours then they were here. When I complained they took an hour off of the bill. They worked on 2 fireplaces one was repaired properly, the other they ordered a part for but it did not resolve the problem. They still charged me for the part. I told them I did not want to pay for it since the part was not working and they told me the fireplace was operational if you tap the control valve with a screwdriver but they recommended I not use it. The bottom line is I spent $600 to have 1 part replace in one fireplace and the other one is still not working.
