The whole experience was a total nightmare. They asked me to pay for materials upfront, I was skeptical, but the salesman was a former Marine, so I foolishly paid up front. Turns out they have no operating budget at all. After providing a picture of the exact fence I wanted, he ordered the wrong fence. I was stuck paying the shipping fee and restock fee. They didn't even offer to pay 50% for their mistake. Day one of the job, one guy shows up to install 40 panels of PVC fence. They didn't have a work crew. I knew I had made a mistake at this point. They did install 80% of the fence but it took over 2 months for the wrong materials to be sent back and have my money refunded. They told me that they would order the correct fence when they got the refund. They lied. They kept my money and refused to order the rest of my fence. They then refunded me a portion of my money and told me that I needed a new contract if I wanted them to finish the job. They just decided that the current contract was null and void. During this whole ordeal, their cell phones all mysteriously stopped working. Very unprofessional. I had to stay on top of them just to get a response, which was a negative one. Then the salesman told me to stop emailing him, even though he's the one who sold me the job and took my money. Told me he wasn't involved with the company anymore and to talk to his parents, who own the company. I CANNOT RECOMMEND this company for any job whatsoever. I would be remiss if I didn't share this horrible experience with my neighbors and fellow consumers. I don't want to see this happen to anyone else. Go with a reputable company and stay away from this one.

The delay was due to customer changing the front panels. The fence company did not have to take the panels back since they are special order. We had to get a lawyer involved at our own expense, plus pay for storage of the front panels the husband chose and the wife did not like. We should not have agreed to do the return, as this fence job cost us money. The fence company took 2 months to come through. We do not pay for anyones materials as they belong to the customer, deposits are required or as with stores must be paid for 100% up front. We had a work crew of 3 on this job that we paid because the delay was not their fault. We paid for the special packaging the fence company required for the return. Had the customer not delayed the installation due to their own conflict the entire fence would have been up in a week. The fence was installed except for the front few panels, not 80%, 95%. With our team working very hard in the hottest time of the summer. We went beyond a contractors requirement by helping with the return. Yes, we had phone issues, we changed companies which would not work in areas due to lack of towers. We missed a lot of business because of those issues. We did not just not answer the phones. We have changed companies again. I prefer to do email because then I have a trail of the proper answers I gave to Danny C. We do great work and have some great customers. The problem here is the customer not wanting to face the fact that the return took 2 months, the company kept 15%, and we were owed labor for 95% of the installed fence. As I stated we lost money on this fence which we discounted on everything including labor. We had no problem with installing the entire fence had they stayed with what they signed for on the order. It is unfortunate this happened, to all of us involved. We can't afford to do jobs where we loose money, as my wife is unemployed, and yes, the salesman is not longer with the company, he could not stay because we had no money to pay an income. These are hard working honest people who use their heart more than their head. Be careful what you say about someone. Thank you.
