My experience overall was very dissatisfying. They did not do the job properly the first me and had to do it again. They made my home very unsafe and I ended up tripping and falling. They took the money for the job from the insurance company and from me the same day and I did not know that for months. I have had contact the office regarding the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

In the first incident the removal of plywood and insulation in the attic and damage to the wall coverings was done so amateurishly and crudely that they caused much more in repair expenses than necessary, then they had the gall to offer a repair estimate. In the second incident they moved the contents of the house in open trailers with no padding or tie-downs. Breakables and other smaller items were thrown in boxes haphazardly with barely any bubble wrap. Bed frame was torn apart as if they didn't have the right tools to disassemble it. Washer and drier were both dented from hauling down stairs with a hand truck instead of an appliance dolly. The washer supply valve was left dripping which caused more water damage. The list of inadequacies goes on but needless to say, they did a lot of damage. They couldn't measure a rectangle and order the right amount of carpet to cover it. Put down new carpet pad without sealing the sub-floor which they were contracted to do. It took months for them to actually finish. They knew they did such a poor job that they didn't even bother to send a bill.

I had already booked Stanley Steamer to do the carpets. Their price was $250, and I've used them many times before with excellent results. This time I was tempted by Servpro's ad to clean the whole house carpets for $79. Adding the stairs raised the price to $103. So I canceled Stanley and tried Servpro. They pretty much rushed through the job and left everything pretty wet. The next day, all the spots and dirty places came back. I had to get out my Bissell and re clean most of the carpets again. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I'm back with Stanley.
