First guy came fixed it and said it was going and we would need a new one soon. So we would use it till it went. No issue there. Called them back because the water was not hot enough and he did not put it back where it was. They said it would not be no cost since they where just here. Different guy came and said he didn't touch it and it the water heater so he would have to charge me. As far as I'm concern I don't know what He did under the house but I will be able to tell when I run the water if he higher it or not and I was not going to pay them. He left and he did higher it because my hot water so far is good. They were looking to put a new one in. Yes eventually I will need one we know that but I don't need a company they is money hungry and try to get over on people.

The serviceman was very professional. He quickly fixed the problem. I would highly recommend R.S. Andrews with all my HVAC repairs.

I have a Napoleon natural gas grill. The hose hook up was not easy to find. The representative went out of his way to get what was needed and install it.

It went great. The guys showed up right on time. The repairs came in below what they had quoted me. They even did a few extra things that I asked about. Super guys. I would definitely have them back again. Nice to know there are honest gentlemen still left in this crazy world.

Terrible. I called this company for a shower system installation. The guy showed up and said he did not have time to do it but said make an appointment for the next week. I did. They called and canceled my appointment and I agreed to reschedule. Then they called and canceled again. At this point I called back, getting a voicemail and left a message that I would not be rescheduling. They continued to call multiple times times about a reschedule. I assume they didn't check their messages. I called a second time and said I would not be rescheduling, as this was the 2nd time in a week they'd canceled on me. I made it very clear. Later a tech shows up and I sent him away. There was no point in this bizarre scenario in which I had further discussion or authorized this action. They had two prior chances to do the work and did not and then showed up after I said no. Unbelievable.

Just wow! I was so happy to see RS Andrews, a company I have used in Atlanta, is now in the Low Country. RS Andrews, provided the same great service as always, and the Technicians and Plumbers we great to work with, I will use them again, and recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you RS Andrews for being in the Low Country, and providing the best service and installation possible.

My unit was not working at all. A tech diagnosed the issue,replaced the capacitor and had the heat and air working very quickly. Excellent customer service and repair quality.

Very thorough and professional. Had my heat pump installed within a day of calling them out. The installers were very courteous and explained to me how to operate the new thermostat. The Bryant system works great and is much quieter than my old one.

I like the techs that have come out, they are knowledgeable, competent, and professional. They came out to repair something, and while fixing it found something else they needed to order a part for, so they installed a window AC unit so I was comfortable while the part was on order.

The end result was that I paid the charge since it was not worth fighting any longer. Covert Aire did feel the fee of $175.00 to change a UV bulb, after the service, unfair or unreasonable. The general manager, Bill Tripp, at the time, suggested and quot;plugand quot; accounting to offset a credit the company owed me for a returned part with this labor fee. I considered this highly unprofessional. Needless to say, I did not renew my HVAC service agreement with this company. As it turned out - My whole house air filtration system was still under the installation warranty and any parts I required where replace free of charge from my original installation company. Covert Aire never even bothered to research this for me. How sad is that? I have not recommended the company to anyone else I know in the area and one of my neighbors ended their contracts due to my story.

I hardly know where to start. Within a week after they and quot;completed installationand quot; and were paid infull last February, the house was cold and dank. I called Covert Aire and they sent a guy who found that the fan in the dehumidifier was wired to run in reverse. The house still didn't seem right. Another guy came and said that the wires in the fan of the air-handler had become unloosed, fan was not running at all, and the coils were frozen. He had us turn the heat on to unfreeze coils in May. When the weather warmed up in May, the living-dining room areas were 70 degrees, the bedrooms, kitchen were 76 degrees. Some rooms were getting no air at all. When I asked Covert to check it out and got e-mails from Mike Covert, the owner, insinuating that my house was so substandard that I shouldn't expect it to be warm or cold that my house was unfit for heating and cooling. He said he had and quot;pictures and documentationand quot; that our house was didn't have roofing or ceilings. Between March 1 and May 1 weather here is pretty perfect and neither heat nor air run at all. Which is why, as an asthmatic, I spent the extra $1,500.00 on a whole -house Aprilaire dehumidifier. The dehumidifier, which was installed by Covert in February has never worked. Covert Aire acknowlegdes this, Aprilaire acknowledges this, In June, Mike Covert, the owner, said they were sending a tech from Aprilaire to come to our house to fix our dehumidifier. On the day the tech was to come, we got a call from Covert saying that the Aprilaire tech didn't show up and they'd re-schedule. I was furious and called Covert Aire. I got Mike, the owner and he gave me a long lecture about how things have to happen, first of all the Aprilaire tech from Ralieigh, NC didn't show up, yada yada yada. But then, Covert Aire came with an Amana Rep, which resulted in a two day reconfiguration of our whole system, at NO COST TO US! This reconfiguration fixed all! Dehumidifier still did not work right, so... I called Aprilaire, and my husband worked with a service rep to get deHumidifier working. Now everything is working, and we are happy. Rough road for awhile, now it's smooth!

I like their responsiveness to their customers, excellent timeliness, and overall knowledge in organizing systems and troubleshooting. They're better than any company I've used.

The gentleman did great work, and I was especially impressed that he found a system that offered a lifetime warranty on its compressor when others only offered a 5-year or a 10-year warranty.

Overall, the experience went very well. They were very helpful and did a good job! We're planning on have them do the maintenace.
