We had a house built and it was finished in August and we were communicating back and forth trying to get stuff done and we finally had the home inspection done before we left. He did a good job. I would use him again. He was completely thorough. He walked up on the roof and checked it. He actually got up there, he didn't just look at it. He put a ladder and went into the attic itself and checked how the attic construction was done. He actually got up there and did the work, he didn't just shot a flashlight from the hole and say, "This is good.". He actually went up into the attic and was very thorough. People in the community recommended him. They have some finish work to do. I think I'm going to have him come back and go through the attic and make sure they did everything that was supposed to be done.

I am an engineer so I knew exactly wanted. Tony is a skilled and professional contractor and knew exactly how to meet my expectations.

Tony Kunich is the greatest. He was our home inspector as our house was being built (look up Professional Home Inspections, another great job by Tony). He is also a licensed builder so we asked him to build a closet into a space in our laundry room. The closet has sliding doors. One side has shelves, the other side is for the vaccuum cleaner and mops. No one would ever be able to tell that it wasn't part of the original build. It looks great. He even matched the weird bumpy wall finish Pulte uses. Very punctual, very nice, very professional.

Tony is AWESOME!! We wanted a third party looking on to ensure that Pulte did everything they were supposed to with our new house. Even with us living down here during the building process Tony spotted issues that needed to be addressed that we would never have noticed or known to even look for. Pulte followed through and fixed each of them. The pre-drywall inspection was worth every penny. Tony is responsive, on time, and knows his stuff. He is a licensed builder. He chould charge more because of the amount of time he spent with us.
