Precision Granite & Marble

We used Precision Granite and Marble to replace our master and guest bathroom counter and sinks, Leslie was easy and very helpful to work with. They did the job efficiently and meticulous we were extremely satisfied. I would definitely use and recommend them. My bathroom counters are gorgeous!!

I am a tough customer and do not write reviews very often. The two gentlemen that performed the work from Precision and Leslie in the office warrant this review. They were responsive, respectful, prompt, professional, and effective in getting the job done. Mine was a smaller job but I would hire them to complete any size job. They truly have a "whatever it takes" attitude and took pride in their work. Thank you Precision.

They came to install granite with several cracks/imperfections, one iappeared to be deep and iright behind sink. Owner agreed to replace the backsplash piece. One month later he sends workers with a new piece that has a visisible crack straight through granite and same was pointed out by his worker. Piece never left the truck. Workers attempted to ffix some imperfections with crazy glue. An hour later, owner calls cursing out my wife and threatening to sue us for the balance due on the job. We’ve paid about 75% of charges already and job still remains unsatisfactorily done for 2 mos.

We met Leslie and she helped find a slab that we could use for a dining room table. The had a good inventory and access to an even larger inventory. She was professional, knowledgable and great to work with... The 21 A's they received prior to this review are the truth... We will use her to redo our entire kitchen counters as well...

All stages of the process went very well. Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful with choices. Installers were prompt, experienced, professional and did excellent work.

Great. They had a list of recommend plumbers to hook up the new sink, faucet, disposer. Great help in solecting the granite. Made a template. Came back in a week. Installed in 4 hours. Returned a month later to fix a chip caused by me. No charge.

It was a pleasure dealing with Leslie, Jaco and Jim. Their service was outstanding. Finally a company that it easy to deal with and when they say they will be there at a certain time, they are there. Their prices are very fair. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend them

The entire process was enjoyable. Leslie spent a considerable amount of time helping me pick out the kitchen granite. They arrived to measure and install when they said they would. The workers were professional and timely. When I decided to renovate my bathroom, I didn't hesitate to use them again.

Plan and quite phases were professional and timely. They were there to measure when they promised. Several suggestions made which all turned out to be right. Tried to get finished counters to us before the promise date but not make it so installed as promised. The fact they tried to beat the date was appreciated. Installation done without s hitch. They even managed to get a king bar section in a single piece. Professional but friendly. Quality work in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. If we need counters in the future you can bet we'll use Precision again. Thanks for a pleasant overall experience!!

Stellar experience from beginning to end. Leslie, who manages the office and helped us pick out the granite, is extremely customer oriented. She doesn't push you toward buying any particular product, but makes sure you thoroughly understand each product and color so you can make a wise decision. I had gone to another granite store where I had been handed some samples and was sent on my way. Leslie goes far above and beyond that to enable you to fully understand the process. I tend to be rather anal, and she was extremely patient with all my questions. Jaco, who supervises the installation, came out and measured for the countertop. He suggested, at the time, that many people like to put a cap of the same granite on the knee wall in the bathroom. He said that if we weren't sure we wanted to do that he would cut the cap, round the edges, polish it, and bring it back to set on the knee wall to see if we liked it. We liked it and, unbelievably, there was no charge. While he was at our house we told Jaco about the problem with our Silestone breakfast bar and the large braces under it that caused us to bang our knees on them, since they weren't appropriately spaced for our bar stools. He suggested his installers could lift up the Silestone countertop, remove the braces, and install two metal bars that would support the countertop, yet be almost invisible. That was done on the day they installed the bathroom countertop and it looks great. Then, while there, Joco also noticed the uneven edge at the seam of the kitchen countertop, where one piece was joined to another. His installers proceeded to shim the dropped side of the countertop and apply epoxy and appropriate color to make the repair. BTW, the two installers, Guillermo and Abi, were extremely careful and polite. You don't always know if installers will be equal to the excellent experience you had with the sales office and installation management. They were. My wife was super pleased with everything. We paid $1300 for the granite countertop in the bathroom and another $200 for the repairs to the Silestone in the kitchen. The other granite company I had spoken with was almost 64% higher in cost...without nearly the same level of customer service. It's not the norm, but we were also very fortunate to engage Precision Granite and Marble at a time when they were able to do our work within five days of measuring. That really doesn't happen very often in this industry, but it was simply the icing on the cake to an already great experience.

Very professional, both in showing and helping pick out a granite remnant and in installing the vanity top. No problems or issues. Careful in installation. Recommended.

Leslie was professional and personable making the planning easy and enjoyable. Jaco and his crew are excellent craftsmen, the job was done beautifully. I was very pleased from beginning to end.

We contacted Leslie and dicussed what granite slabs we were interested in. Leslie then went to work calling different vendors for availability and pricing. The slab we ended up liking the best from internet pictures was located in Charleston, and we could not make it out that way due to work schedules. So, Leslie had the slab sent to her for our approval, no strings attached if we were not happy. The slab turned out to be just what we wanted! Not only did she go the extra mile to find the right slab, but she had the BEST total job price, after reviewing bids from 3 other granite vendors. Leslie also discussed with us where she was going to layout the different pieces of counter templates. The slab had great movement of colors, and she did a wonderful job to capture the amazing natural pattern in the pieces cut. The owner Jaco, came out and did the final measurements for the templates.The following week, Jaco came back with his team for the demo and install. Everything was done to perfection, in a timely and tidy manner. The entire jobs was done within the day, and we could not be happier with the finished product. We are very glad that we hired such a talented and professional company for our project! .

Before we decided on a granite fabricator, we talked to many of the local businesses (contractors, cabinet makers, etc.) and we always received positive reviews and recommendations for Precision Granite and Marble. We picked out our granite at Stonehorse in Bluffton and then everything was taken care of after that. Our remodel took longer than we expected and Precision Granite stored our stone for 2 months until it was ready to be measured and installed. They were fast and efficient, it took less than a week from day they measured the templates to installing the counter tops! Leslie helped us decide how to lay out the templates on the granite so the best pieces would be visible on our island. She also had some great ideas for coordinating a backsplash with the granite. Jaco is a terrific fabricator, he is a perfectionist. We LOVE our new granite kitchen counter tops!
