Pinnacle Property Inspections, LLC offers the following services: We perform professional, industry standard home inspections using only certified South Carolina licensed inspectors. You will receive an in depth comprehensive computer generated report within 24 hours including digital photos. We will send out copies via email to you or anyone else that is in need of the report.
We are not a remediation or treatment company. We have no vested interest in finding problems that would require expensive repair or treatment. We do not receive any commissions from contractors or remediation companies. We will however recommend repairs or remediation only when necessary.
