Description of Work: They built a screened in patio with a hard roof. Very hard to contact the owner who was the sales rep...never returned calls. However the quality of the work is very good. Once they started the job they more or less came everyday. The installers cleaned up after them self and were very polite.

The gentleman was polite prompt and very professional. His prior work was top notch. I will call him again when I can complete the sales call.

+ -1 moreAllen gave us a competative price with a well described scope of work in a complete package which included engineering approval drawings, building permit, information required for the home owners association, excavations, concrete work, electrical work, irrigation system modifications, gas piping, structure, roof, rain water gutters, roofing and clean-up. Allen has lived in the Bluffton area all of his life and was very helpful in helping us find good contractors for other work we wanted done.
Description of Work: 20' x 16' lanai with concrete floor and solid roof , 16" x 6" extension to existing patio, extension of gas piping, all electrical work including 4-outlets, lights and installation of owners fan and the relocation of the irrigation system.

They were things that had nothing to do with installation of the patio enclosure but additional (i.e. needed someone to put up shades) I was looking for a reference - what did he do .... send one of his guys who I couldn't tip ............if there's ANY issue Allan won't walk away or disappear - he's true to his word and the work ethic of his associates reflect his own --- EXCELLENT!
Description of Work: First I had the patio screened in after which I decided I wanted it enclosed to be protected from the weather and they returned and installed vinyl windows. I not only love the fact that it's protected from the elements it also allows me more use of it which is more llike an outside room.............
