 + -1 moreOwner , Jim, has been in flooring business for many years. He has a small office/sample area. We showed Jim the style carpet we wanted from pictures, he contacted his supplier (Shaw), brought samples to the house and we picked the style and colors. Because some of the color samples were small, he had the supplier mail us larger samples. This was especially helpful, as one of the colors we picked was not what we wanted after we saw the larger sample. Jim always responded to phone calls and provided follow up information on a very timely basis. Carpet was installed on time and in a timely manor. The refinished floors look like new. Again, we had to match an existing wood color. After the wood was sanded, Jim applied 4 different stains in a small area on the floor, so we could pick the correct stain color. We picked the stain color, and his help proceeded to finish the floors. We had to coordinate time to do this. He was always on time, and did work as promised. We are very pleased with the final results of both the carpet and wood floors.
Description of Work: Installed carpet in 3 rooms (living, dining and master bedrooms) and refinished hardwood floors in hall and kitchen.

Description of Work: Jim installed out Brazilian Koa engineered flooring in the entire downstairs of our second home. We had purchased our own materials from Lumber Liquidators in Savannah and tore out the exisitng wall-to-wall carpet and staples before Jim had begun the install. Good thing we went with Jim because our floors required a lot of leveling. Jim did not skimp on his prep work and the floors look beautiful! We had Jim also do some tilework around our living room hearth. Beautiful work there as well!
