I arrived home in the afternoon and realized my AC was not working. I called Curtis and he was at my home within 30 minutes. After inspection we discussed problems with the old unit and I purchased a new 13 Seer Heat Pump. Curtis was at my home at 9 am the following morning when he began installation and it was completed by 2:30 pm. The unit is running beautifully and the house is nice and cool. Curtis is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about his work and I would recommend him to anyone.

Everything went better than I expected. Curtis had managed to get a better unit, 2 graded up, at the same cost. The installation went well. All the work was completed as quoted. Curtis removed the attic stairs in order to get the inside unit in the attic. The attic stairs were replaced without incident. Curtis also rewrapped some of the tubing that had become exposed even though that was not included in the quote. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price. The unit is fantastic. Quite and cool.

Curt, the owner showed up on time, uniformed, with a professional appearance. He checked and adjusted both units and replaced the air filter. This was a free visit as part of his one year service contract for $125. He will return twice in the next 12 months for inspection and adjustment. If you are looking for quality service and are tired of over paying the "old stand by" companies give Curt a call.

We finally purchased our new system. The experience was very easy. The technician explained everything about why he had selected this system for our house and what to expect. The installation went very smoothly and they were finished well before the time that he had said they would. After my previous experience's with Ocean Air and several other companies I had no doubt that I was going to use Ocean Air to install the new system. However I did get several other quotes from other service providers. Ocean Air was the 2nd lowest price and defiantly worth every penny. I would have liked to save a few hundred more with the other guy but I wasn't willing to take the chance. I knew what I was getting with these guys and I wanted to be with a company that I could trust.

My roomates and I had just moved into our house when our landlord informed us that we needed our air conditioner serviced. We were not sure exactly what needed to be done and he recommend Curtis from Ocean Air. We were having problems with our unit when we moved in and told Curtis our symptoms and he was able to come to our home the next day. He was very informative and told us exactly what he was doing and why. He fixed the problems that we were having and told us that if we have any more problems, to give him a call and he will come out to check it ou. He has come back for another service as well to make sure our unit is still running like it should. He is very courteous and understanding with very flexible hours and makes sure that he is available when we need him. I have recommended Curtis' company to others because I appreciate the type of business he is running. They are very knowledgeable and caring. Those types of qualities are hard to find in a business without lacking in professionalism, so we really appreciate that with this company.

I had used several other hvac companies in the area. None of the service men that were sent out were able to identify the problem that is was having. I had spent over $1000.00 and I still did not have a working air conditioner system. A friend of mine had recommended I call Curtis at Ocean Air. My friend had used him before and loved the service. Curtis responded immediately to my call. He was very thorough and gave us a full examination of our air conditioner. He identified and solved the problem that we were having and also informed us of problems we didn't know about. We had been planning on replacing the air conditioner, but thanks to him we will be putting the new system off until the winter time. I am so glad that not only do I have the answers that I need but now I have the piece of mind that I always wanted. When we are ready to replace our hvac system I know that I will be able to count on Ocean Air to be here for me.
