You know the feeling of dread when you donâ t know how much a company is going to charge you then you are surprised because you have a company that does not rip you off. Freddie, one of two brothers and co-owner of Nuway was able to come the day after I called him and fixed my washer quickly and charged me fairly. I will be using Nuway from now on for my repairs.

Lost my oven element 3 days before Christmas which could have been a disaster. Called Freddie and he was there the next morning and had the problem taken care of in twenty minutes. He could have upsold an element but instead gave me the options. Would highly recommend.

My call was returned within 15 minutes of my initial contact and that was on a Sunday. Furthermore, Mike came out and repaired my freezer that same day. My husband was already shopping for a replacement, which we could not afford at this time. Mike was quick, friendly and knows his business. He is on my speed dial for all future appliance repair needs. :)

I Scheduled a repair for my disabled Aunt in Sun City. Agreement was the tech is supposed to look at ice maker and call me with cost prior to completing any work. Tech was 2+ hours late and she called me to say she thought he was a no show. Tech called me later that day and said ice maker was fixed and was $175 what card did I want to pay for it with. This was about $50 more than she had budgeted for the job and never agreed to.

Tech and his helper arrived within an hour of my call, spent a couple of hours basically dismantling my refrigerator, testing the circuit boards, repairing , replacing components, and cleaning the whole Fridg up during the process. Most importantly they fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable, competent, communication was good, they cleaned up after themselves, and the price for their work was fair.
