These guys squeezed us in the same day I called. The two guys that came to my house greeted me with a handshake and introduced themselves. They were in and out in 30 minutes, did everything I asked of them and they were so friendly! I couldn’t say enough about this company. I had an awesome experience with them.

Call Home Advisors at 12:00 - within 10 minutes I had NuWave appliance service call me and they were in the development..they arrived at 2:15-fixed the broken knob on my dryer and gone by 2:30..well worth the cost of the service call!!

The technicians were polite, patient, extremely conscientious and well mannered. I definitely was impressed. Great customer service was definitely their priority. They arrived ahead of the projected appointment time, promptly fixed the problem with my frig freezer, and cleaned up the mess. I would definitely recommend them.

They had the date wrong in their calendar, but once that was straightened out the repair was done well and h even helped fix an issue I had with a second appliance.

I had an issue with my washing machine. They came out very quickly and was able to troubleshoot my problem. Rather than replacing the computer board, we came up with a work around so I would not need the added expense. Very happy with their service and respect of my pocketbook. I was also advised that if in, I think 90 days, additional issue arise, I can call them and they will come out and not charge me a service call again. Very pleased.
