Frank arrived as soon as he could, removed the toilet, and made the necessary repairs to the plumbing. He re-caulked where needed around the base of the toilet and cleaned the area before he left. Very professional.

Frank Moore was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. We called him again at a later time because we had no hot water. He explained to us that if it was just a thermostat that needed to be replaced, Palmetto Electric would do it for free, so we called them and they did replace it for free. Frank is a very honest and ethical man.

The project went well...Mr. Moore is very responsive to emails. If we had a concern or question, he would call as soon as he received our email. We appreciated that very much. I had purchased new faucet. When it finally quit,I called Moore and he came the same day.Replaced the faucet,cleaned up the mess and that was it. Have used him before to unclog sewer lines.Very efficient and reliable.

Frank Moore was working on another job site when I called him. He arrived within a few hours, exactly when he said he would, quickly found the problem, and completed the repair. His total time on scene was less than 45 minutes. He was both friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable and he will be my first call for any plumbing needs in the future.

The company was very easy to work with. I had to change their first visit because the tile company did not show up on the day expected. The work was done well. Compared to other plumbers I used in other areas of the country, the price was a bit high for what was done.

When he says he's coming, he will be here. He will call if he is running behind. His communication is great. I trust him.

It's a one-man business, but he's been great to work with overall. He's showed up on time and got the job done! He was also very reasonable, and I've been satisfied. I would recommend them!

Frank Moore was very professional and did a great job. About a week later, our cabinet company installed our new cabinetry and someone else from Moore Brothers came out to finish the hookups. This young plumber was not as experienced as Frank and did have some trouble installing a newer model Sears dishwasher and Watts Premier water filtration system. But the job was completed on time and under budget. I gave them a B on overall experience and quality only because of the trouble the young man had installing the appliances. Should I require a plumber again, I would call them first.

I would rate them highly. I would continue to use them in the future.
