We are so pleased with the work Ed and his team have done. Any questions we had they were always answered and Ed was able to accommodate our every need. Nancy from the office has been in touch with us throughout the entire project to make sure all of our questions were answered. The job was amazing, completed quickly, and for a good price. The crew was very professional, clean, and the result left our living room looking like a million dollars. We definitely recommend Trim the Carolinas and will be using them again in the future!

We were selling our house and our deck was not in the best shape. Our goal was to make repairs so that it could pass inspection. He really did a good job of strengthening a rail and repairing loose boards. Price was great.

Dennis was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He came to repair a pocket door that came off it's track. He had to take down the molding to fix the door. When he was finished, it didn't even look like anything was pulled apart. Pricing very fair, also. Very happy. He's now our new "guy".

Mike with M2X came to my home right away, went over my cabinet issues, took measurements for a new cabinet.He was very nice & said would get back with me on pricing once he found the cabinet hinges.Several weeks later he finally called me to come & show me the hinges. Mike, my husband & myself agreed on the hinges to be used & as he was leaving said it may take a couple of weeks to get hinges in but let him know how many I would like so I counted them all & sent a email & asked for quote. I hv to date sent two emails & made 4 phone calls & no response from him & he has my cabinet hinge. Started great but is ending very bad!!

Mike McCarthy was very prompt in responding to my request and viewing my extremely small project. While he was absolutely willing to take on such a small task, he did say I was on the right track and offered a few tips for me to complete it myself. While I may not have hired him for this particular project, I will definitely keep his contact info for future reference and highly recommend him. Mike is a wonderful guy! He works fast and cleans up after himself. I love my closet and would hire him hesitation to do other jobs around my house.

I contacted Mike in Aug 2010 to repair a deck, wash and seal it. He came out when expected and washed the deck and made the repairs but he never sealed it. I tried to call and e-mailed multiple times but he never responded. Now 4 months later I get an e-mailed invoice for the entire project including the sealing which was never done. I responded by e-mail and almost 2 weeks later no response. Meanwhile my wood deck has been open to the elements all winter. I liked Mike and was initially pleased enough to give him the job but after 6 months my simple deck project is still unfinished and I was billed for the entire job.

He was very professional and went the extra mile to do a great job. He also keep in communication with me and was prompt to get the job done. I will definitely hire him again.
