1. First delivery - even though service person saw dryer was too large; he shoved it into place and damaged the washer in the process. He also told us that pickup and disposal of old dryer was not included - even though it was written on his invoice. 2. We ordered a different dryer and had another round. They were able to deliver, pickup the old dryer and return the original new dryer. However, they didn't repair the issue to the washer as promised and as shown on the order sheet because they didn't have the proper tools to do so with them. Also, as they returned the old dryer, they didn't close it out properly so the return credit did not appear on our credit card. 3. Hired our own person to fix washer and ended up spending an hour at Lowe's getting the credit for the returned dryer.

I did not receive a confirmation call the day before to tell me that it would be delivered or what approximate time. I tried to call the store and got transferred and either disconnected or sent to the wrong place and was told to call back. This happened 4 times! Finally someone said "It looks like you are on the schedule for tomorrow but we can't be sure". The next morning I did call and get someone. Usually, I will get a call from the driver when they leave the delivery prior to mine and told they are on the way...didn't happen. However, the delivery people were courteous and professional and did a great job. I email a complaint and was told someone from management would call me within 24 hours. A week later, no call, so I emailed them back and told them I hadn't heard anything. Another email, same thing. I finally got a call 48hrs after from a junior member of management, who was apologetic but offered nothing but better service next time (even Wal-Mart will give you a gift card for sneezing at them). I'm certainly not the type to demand anything, but if this is the best they can do, Home Depot is only 5 min down the road.

few noticeable flaws.......incredible amount of dust

Two experiences. (1) purchased a Braun dish washer. installed wrong, took three trips to correct the problem. Installer problem, third try-changed installer (2) Samsung refridge/freezer water shut off malfunction-ruined the floor. Samsung stood behind their product, fixed the appliance, paid to have the floor replaced. contracted Lowes to replace the floor.. first floor(wood) did not have proper vapor barrier. second floor(tile) installed uneven with raised edges, tripped many times. poor installation.

They were helpful in finding the right microwave for our home. They have a lot of collections of the unit for us to look at and select from. The installation people that came out recommended very good.

This is the second time we used Lowe's. This time Lowe's in Bluffton SC. As with the past contractors from Lowes they were very polite as well as cleaned up after everyday on the job. My roof was a 3 and a half day job and again finished up on a Holiday . I am very impressed with both Lowe's installs that I have had.

We have dealt with Lowe's - Bluffton for many years. We replaced the carpeting with wood flooring. It was fabulous. They were neat. It was competitive pricing, and they have done everything. They pleased me 100%. Great workmanship with their contractors - the same product was available somewhere else at 20% cheaper, so Lowe's matched the price, and, since I am a veteran, they gave me another 10% off. I would give them A+ if you would let me.

I bought a Samsung dishwasher, the one I purchased, when we were loading it in the truck to take it to my home, we noticed a dent on the bottom. Lowes customer service responded well....gave me a credit immediately and ordered a new dishwasher that arrived in 2 days. New dishwasher is great, and I was happy with the service. My only complaint is that Lowes needs more people to service their customers in their Bluffton store. It took the associates over 45 minutes to process my credit and to order the new replacement dishwasher. There were too few people doing too many jobs.

They told me it wouldn't be even so they put down some sub flooring to make it level. It was nice of them to do that.

They are good. I will go here again in the future.
