Description of Work: We had our fireplace inspected and it did not need a cleaning. The fireplace had not been used since we moved in 4 yrs before and wanted to make sure it was in good working order. He inspected and lit it. No problems found. Would use him again if necessary.

Description of Work: Cleaned the chimney, inspected the cap, checked and lubricated damper operation. The person was very professional, covered all areas that might be affected by the cleaning debris, explained what he was doing and what he found, and cleaned up thoroughly. You would have never known he had been there! In addition, we had requested a particular timeframe which was accommodated without question.
