 + 0 moreI was very worried at first that they would not be able to replace the glass and I would have to get a new sliding glass door. The glass had never been changed and my condo was built in the 80's. The two gentlemen that came, Santiago, and Jesus worked so hard in the heat and were able to change out my glass. It was a job for them as one the panels was so embedded in the track, it took them a good while to take out. They would not give up! Then after they finally got the doors back on, they spent another 10 minutes cleaning the glass! Wonderful job! And they came wearing masks!!!!

Description of Work: They did 2 jobs. First in 2008, cutting thick glass shelves for a built-in display cabinet. All shelves fit perfectly; beveled edges were smooth and even. Job 2 was in 2013. They replaced a large fixed pane of glass in double-pane window. We had to make multiple phone calls, and even 2 visits to shop, to get a response. However, when they made a commitment to measure and provide estimate, they showed up as promised and did a thoroughly professional job, carefully matching the glass to other Windows.

Glass was then ordered and installed the next morning. I'm very appreciative for the quick response and job well done.

 + -1 moreOur original service was in August and they came back in October. Their responsiveness was terrible. The service cost eighteen hundred dollars. The workers were excellent, they were professional and polite and also timely. Overall I would give them a 'C' because of their terrible responsiveness. It was the owner that was awful with regards to responsiveness. I would not use them in the future.

 + -1 moreThe first appt to measure the glass went great. Showed up on time measured the window and cleaned up the broken glass outside. Owner called the next day with the cost and felt that it was well within line of what it should be. Set the appt up for the install and the should up on the time set. Very clean, professional and courteous. Will highly recommend them

 + -1 moreEveryone that helped us were professional and highly competent. The glass shelf in the china cabinet was installed without a scratch or problem. The wire shelving in the closets took a day and are of good quality. The work was done well and cleanup and removal of the previous shelves was complete. The wood shelves and cabinets in the office area took another day to install. The job was done very well.
Description of Work: 1. Glass was cut and installed for china cabinet. The glass shelf was broken in our move to South Carolina. A new curved glass shelf was cut and installed. 2. Wire shelving was designed and installed in master closet, laundry room, pantry closet. We worked with Sarah to develop the design as we wanted it. Wood shelving was designed for our home office. Again, Sarah helped us and made excellent suggestions.

Description of Work: I was trying to get a glass company out to take down glass mirrors up in two bathrooms (44x47 inches). They were going to give me a quote to have a mirror that doesn't cover the entire wall. After having some companies that were very delayed I called this company.
