The service went very well. At the last minute I needed to reschedule because of a conflict in my day and they were very gracious about changing the time. I really appreciated their understanding. On the new day, they showed up on time and were extremely professional.

I saw Mike recommended on a local community online group and emailed him for information. He stopped by that evening and was able to do the work within a few days. He was here as agreed -- all was done very professionally and very neatly. One dimmer that he installed was defective; he got a replacement and finished the job the same day. I am delighted with the results and thought the price was very good. Months later, in June, a surge in power use during a heat wave tripped the main circuit breaker -- Mike was here within a half hour and had it all back in operation very quickly, saving me from an unpleasantly hot night without AC! I'll be using him again soon for additional work. I highly recommend him.
