Great ! Special important note ! While Mr Jerry Wiley did our general mainenace he noticed several very important issues that could have caused numerous problems for us. Thank you Jerry for taking the time to notice these critical problems that could have caused us great harm in the future. This is how business should be conducted ! Tried to sell us a new $2500 hvac system.A second opinion from another service provider showed that no real problems existed with our current system and they billed us $280 for a service and part that should have been $150. They reduced the price to $150 after a phone call but never offered an explanation or apology

Description of Work: A/c system went out; from a referral called Howell Chase to come see if it could be fixed. It could not, but cost of service call was applied to cost of new unit. Their price was better than others and they actually extended my warranty. Would work with them again,.
