Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

We had Heaven's Best out twice in less than a week to clean our carpets and then to do some upholstery cleaning on our living room furniture. Both times he was on time to the minute, did a very through job, and the end result was excellent. The prices were also very reasonable. $99 to clean the carpet of 3 bedrooms and a hallway and $130-something to clean a huge oversized couch, oversized chair, 9 huge cushions, and a glider chair and ottoman. They looked brand new when he finished.

When we initially called to request their cleaning service, they were prompt and came out within a day or two. The technician was prompt, polite, on-time, and appared to invest considerable time in the cleaning process. The technician told us repeatedly that if there were any problems or concerns, just call them and they would handle for us. We were initially very pleased. However,within a few days, previously soiled spots began to reappear in the carpet. We called them and asked someone to come out and assess the emerging problem. However, no one ever came out nor did they ever return our phone calls. Since that time, several more spots have appeared and the carpet - less than two months from their cleaning - looks like it has never been cleaned. We have subsequently given-up on this company.

It was a great service. We couldn't be more pleased. Not only does the carpeting look great but the man doing the work was extremely professional and very, very nice.

I waited over a week before writting this review because the last carpet cleaner I had in my home left my carpets soaking wet and the stains came back. So this time I decided to use someone else and a different process. I went with Heaven's Best and what a difference. My carpets look brand new. And the stain have not come back. I will use them again.
