 + -1 moreHe told me I did not need to have my window replaced, I just needed my glass replaced. I didnt use them because they were unable to do what I needed done.

 + 1 moreYou will find great selection choices, good quality products, and knowledgeable support/advice at Grayco. The variety of items they carry is strong - and they will order specialty things for you.
Description of Work: These are professionals -- knowledgeable, friendly, interested in your project or special need. We set up a cash account during a major remodeling project so that we and selected workers could sign for items needed. A complete summary of purchases helped close the books on the project expense accounting. Their special order department was helpful and timely in gettng materials we needed. Their delivery promises were kept, and that helped in scheduling tasks. We could schedule work on the items, knowing they would be on site. I was able to "borrow" cabinetry samples to confirm their color and size in their prospective location, and they matched paint colors exactly for the trim aras near the installation. Great folks in the office, store, and warehouse!

 + 0 moreThey had good quality and good collections. They were very patient working with me because I knew nothing. I was really satisfied with the delivery. They brought it on their truck and put everything up. I was happy. They are not the cheapest compared to the other companies, but they are local and efficient. They have people who know what they are talking about in every department. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I purchased some windows and doors from Grayco, Inc in November 2010. I also bought bathroom vanities from there.
