I bought a $7,000 AC unit and Air Handler in 2016. I was told that I had a 10-year warranty on parts, and if I kept up a yearly service contract that I would have a 10-year warranty on labor as well. That was an outright lie because now, 4 years later, they tell me that was never part of the sale, and I have no warranty on labor. I spent hundreds of dollars on yearly service contracts with this company. What a fraud. These people are liars. Stay away. There are so many reputable HVAC companies in the area. This is no one of them.

Company sent by American Home Shield. Recommended a repair that would not solve problem with AC.

Very bad customer service. My home warranty company hired them. The tech was just interested in collecting service call fee and did not even want to explain what repairs were done...just beat around the bush. Stay away.

Professional and friendly. Will hire them again if needed. Arrived when promised.

Your company had several opportunities to salvage our business relationship. However, since I am still waiting for a call back regarding a change in the work and pricing, NO, there is NOW nothing you can do. Your company botched several opportunities and I can see no reason to give Freedom Air yet another chance to make me wait on a return call. You blew it. We are done.

Took longer because they did not measure the size of the attic access. Had to order smaller air handler. Then had to replace blower motors which should have been included in quote. Due to this I did not qualify for rebate. They did get it right ,but it cost me 500 more for blower motor.

The tech Damon Anderson was very knowledgeable. Explained things that he did,and set up a future appointment for estimates to replace the unit if needed.When he left the central air was working fine once again.

Professional staff and workmanship

Replaced the entire ductwork. Quote I was given was exactly what I paid. Everyone super friendly. Answered all my questions. Work was done in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait. They kept me updated every step of the way. Will definitely recommend them and call for any future work needed.

I had two visits from this company represented, The first visit was from a sales person who gave me a very large cost. He had a technician come out to look at my AC Request. The Tec. looked over the area that I needed and sat with me and explained that I didn't need as large unit as what I had been told. We talked and agreed on his recommendation. The next following week , the Tech and one assistant showed up to my home with the equipment. They started the work and installed the unit. The unit is working great so far. I am pleased with the work that was performed at this time.

Freedom's employees were timely, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again.
