He was prompt, followed up quickly and the company provided quality and professional ductwork installation as scheduled. They also sent me pictures to keep me informed f the status of the work. Installers were late on both days and I had to call them back for finish work when it should have been done properly the first time.other than that they were knowledgeable and pretty efficient.yes I would recommend this company.

My AC went out on Sunday May31.I called 4 different companies to see who could come out the earliest,James from Freedom came out early Monday a.m. and explained everything to me very professionally.He even said he had a motor back at the shop and after his rounds would come back and hook it up so that we would not be with out air all week.True to his word ,he was back a little after 10 pm and hooked it up.No extra charge or anything.I would highly recommend this man and his business.Very,Very satisfied.
