+ -1 moreNot good. Elite Construction was very slow to provide me with estimate. Did not respond to telephone calls to discuss proposal. Also promised detailed plans about his proposal but did not deliver anything.

They have removed popcorn ceilings, repaired sheetrock, painted, replaced damaged woodwork, hung doors, and applied a multi-step surface to our balcony floor. We have been completely satisfied every time. These two young men are punctual, honest, careful, hard-working, and they use good judgement and taste when making decisions and recommendations. They are charming and polite. They clean up carefully at the end of every day and after every project. We recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Repaired and resurfaced damaged cement floor of 300-square-foot balcony.

+ -1 moreThe two owners do all the work, which I really like. They showed up on time, and always picked up the garbage and left home clean. Kept in constant contact with me, and had very good manners. Since removing popcorn ceilings is very messy, I moved out of my home, but always did surprise stop by's. These guys work, they do not dilly dally or play with their phones, they just keep working. I would highly recommend them for any home upgrades, they tend to be perfectionists.
Description of Work: I had Elite Construction remove my popcorn ceilings and paint house throughout. This can by a very messy job, but the men were extremely tidy and professional. I moved out of my home so the popcorn could come down and Elite construction was exactly on time with the process. I also had Elite construction do some odd jobs around the house; replace front door and screened door, add hardware to cabinets, build a new shed fence, and build new stairs to my deck.
