+ -1 moreI have a maintenance contract with them to come out twice a year and check my air conditioning and heating. They know what they are doing. They stop and explain everything to me. They take their time to talk to me if I have questions. They could improve on the time that they were late coming out. They called and told me they were going to be late, but I don't like people coming over after 6pm. That was the only complaint I had. I think the price is reasonable.

Description of Work: This was the price for one service call. We got a two year maintenance contract for half price. So far all we have used them for is a maintenance call. He changed the filters, checked to make sure the heating system was working properly and he suggested the possibility of a future problem. We chose to watch and see.

+ -1 moreAll was fine until they left. I noticed they did not complete the metal flashing that covers the connection of the HVAV to the house. I called the sales Rep. He said the installers told him it was not complete but there were no plans to come back to complete the job. The sales Rep. says he will complete the flashing. I do not think he is experienced in doing what needs to be done. It"s been almost two weeks now.
