+ -1 moreDonald was courteous and professional. He did the job quickly. This was a small job but as many of you know sometimes age and lack of time make small jobs impossible to do.
Description of Work: Replaced recess light bulbs in high ceiling kitchen plus smoke detector batteries in high ceiling living/ dining area, two bedrooms plus office/den.

Description of Work: Don promptly called me back to come and look at the problems we wanted to discuss. Within that same week we agreed on price and work was completed and you couldn't tell he was there other than the work was done.

+ 0 moreHe did an outstanding job.. it's even better looking than the first time it was painted. Donald is honest, quick, professional, punctual, cleaned up all debris...even blew off my sidewalk. He also completed a small job in another room that I'd been putting off. I sort of hate to write this review for fear he'll get so many jobs he won't be able to come when I need him again. But he's such a nice guy, I have to share him.
Description of Work: Repaired a large hole in dining room ceiling from the AC guy's accidental misstep. Patched the sheetrock to perfection. Repainted entire ceiling including hallway with two coats of paint. Prior to painting was attentive to all the furniture and fixtures when covering with plastic.

+ 1 moreThe finished sunroom is spectacular. Donald framed, insulated, sided, drywalled, and painted the sunroom, as well as installed tile flooring and it looks fantastic. Donald has also built beautiful custom furniture and storage units for my great room, built cabinetry in my master bathroom, installed closet storage, repaired ceiling cracks at 19+ feet high, and painted my great room walls and ceiling, as well as my upstairs loft. I have been very pleased with all of the work that he has done for me. I highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Donald demolished a screened porch installed by the builder in 2006, and built a new sunroom. We discovered how badly the original had been constructed, and the town inspector asked that Donald reinforce the builder's work with hurricane clips and additional bracing in addition to the work that his permit required, which he willingly did.
