DolphinAV Audio Video

With the exception of 1 center speaker, all were installed previously. Vendor connected speakers to amplifier/tuner. He subcontracted that work to an electrician, who left hole in exterior wall. At mid-install, I was informed that I needed a new Receiver; add $350 to total original estimate. Then , additional cost for universal remote (150-300). Paid to have remote installed...we have never been able to utilize it to access Netfix and other TV features. When I called and said that we could not use system, he wanted to charge me additional $ to come out and fix. Right now, can't even access DTV. Left message on his vmail. This work is less than a few months old. I would like him to come out and show us how we can utilize this system. I should not have to pay extra for him to completely hook up this system.

Anthony showed up at 11am just as planned. Gave us options for hanging our flat screen from the wall and suggestions Price was right on as quoted. He was very professional. Work was completed. Looks great!

We just moved to the Bluffton SC area. After researching all the different Audio Video Companies in our area we decided to go with Dolphin AV. Their website is up to date, they answered the phone the first time we called and they were able to come to our house the next day to give us a quote. We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the gentleman that came out to give us the quote. He was able to schedule the install for that same week; which was great. After the installer completed the job, he walked through the rooms with us to insure that we were satisfied. He also set up the surround sound speakers for us and demonstrated the way they worked so we could experience the effectiveness of the system. If I could wrap this experience up into one word it would be "Wow!" Wow, what a difference it has made to have the TV's mounted on the walls to free up more floor space. It definelty gives the rooms a cleaner look. Wow, what a difference surround sound makes to the listening experience in our living room. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an Audio Video company in our area.
