It went well. Michael was professional, very cordial, and immediately was able to troubleshoot and correct the problem. In our case, it was a bad fan motor and not the compressor. We called him late in the day and he showed up immediately and took care of business. He was very reasonable.

This guy made my day. I was having a problem with an LG washer that wouldn't spin. He actually talked me through over the telephone on what to look for BEFORE he came out. I unplugged the washer and then unclogged the drain and the washer worked like new. What an honest repairman! Would highly recommend.

He said h thought he knew what the problem was and took the compressor out of the cabinet and took it with him on 9/3/15. He said it would take about a week. After 2 weeks, I started calling. It wasn't until I actually got him on the phone (he was going to call me that day he said) that we talked. He claimed that it was taking him a bit longer but should be done within a few days. A week later, I started calling him. He finally called almost two weeks later and told me he would be bringing it and installing the next day. This was 10/3/15, one whole month later. He told me I had a 30 day warranty but to wait a few days and it would get my cabinet back down to the proper temperature. He also told me that he called the manufacturer and they told him the product was discontinued so he had to jury rig the repairs. I knew that not to be true because I researched the cost of a new compressor in the event he could not repair it. This compressor remains one of the company' staple products and the product's specifications had not changed. So I am sure he lied to me. I waited one week but nothing changed. It took me two more weeks of calling every day to finally get him to return my call. Since I was going to be away for two weeks, I told him I would arrange pickup when I returned. When I did, I started calling again. It took over a week to get him and another week for him to make an appearance and take it away to check it out. After three more weeks he finally brought it back and told me the compressor was gone. When I asked him what it was he repaired he gave a nonsensical story that he made many repairs on it but couldn't help it if the compressor was bad. Folks, it was a compressor!!!!!! So, beside being an incompetent, I believe him to be a liar and totally without regard for anyone's time. I would warn you to stay away from this man if you need any work done

"Dr. Airr" showed up unannounced at least two hours early. Normally this might be considered a good thing but "Dr. Airr" didn't even remember himself when he was supposed to come. What if we had not been available? Without first attempting any of the normal testing procedures suggested by LG, "Dr. Airr" took the back off the washing machine and began testing the wiring for burn marks and continuity with his meter. Immediately it was evident that he really didn't know what to do!! I had left the washing machine manual and testing procedures on top of the washer. "Dr. Airr" never looked at them, not even once. After a few minutes he said that there was good continuity with the wiring. He replaced the back of the washing machine and said he would contact LG and get back to us. After several days of not receiving any calls I called "Dr. Airr" myself. He said that he was " just about to call me". Yeah right ! "Dr. Airr" said he had not heard back from LG and he would let us know when he did. I called "Dr. Airr" a second time exactly THREE WEEKS later and he said he had still not heard back from LG although he had attempted to contact them a second time. This MISTAKE of contacting Dr. Airr cost us $145 and resulted in absolutely NOTHING being repaired! I would suggest that you look further for a responsible and qualified repairman before choosing Dr. Airr. Additional Note: We thought it very interesting that on "Dr. Airr's" generic and handwritten invoice that he included this statement - "Agrees to no chargeback or refund on work done or parts ordered".

Called Michael on Saturday. He called back 5 minutes later. Even though his wife gave birth the day before he got a sitter for his kids and came over right away to fix my washer. He did an amazing job. Was very quick and very careful with my hardwood floors. His prices were excellent. Michael even called a few days later to make sure my washer was working ok. He also does ac work.

I changed the exterior light bulbs on a microwave without unplugging the unit. I apparently blew a fuse and something else. I called a local company and was told that he could work on it but it may be a circuit board. The circuit board was $135.00 plus labor and he wasn't real comfortable with saying that would fix it or that would be the entire expense. We are leasing our home and the microwave is a very expensive one so I was trying to get it fixed as opposed to buying a new one. I also checking GE appliance repair rates on line. Their service call cost was listed as being $79.00 plus parts and labor. Then I called Doctor Airr Appliance. He spoke to me about what happened seemed to think he could fix it for a reasonable price. Although he usually makes home visits, I had the microwave in my car. I dropped it off. He called me about 2 hours later and told me it was fixed. It seems that the wires going to the circuit board were fried and he was able to replace them. My total cost was $150.00. I was relieved. Michael is very professional, very thorough and charges a fair` price. If I have a need, I will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him.
