+ -1 moreThe technician arrived as promised. He completely inspected the entire system to identify any reasons for several false alarms for the motion detectors. HE did not find anthing obvious but we do know that the system has been thoroughly reviewed. We are very impressed with the service vs. cost. We have set off the alarm by mistake and we are amazed at how quickly the service contacts us. When we have had false alarms while we are away, they work with the local security officers and provide us with updates on the status of the system. They are a good value for peace of mind.
Description of Work: We have been using Custom Security in Bluffton, SC for the last few years for our alarm and security service. We had the technician come onsite to review our "false Alarms"

Description of Work: Annual Maintenance Contract. Works with work schedule to perform semi-annual service. Also, purchased from and used company to install new Trane system. Work was completed in timely fashion, but they were called out two (2) times over the course of 6 months to re-hang and secure the venting system. Either was inexperienced installer or sloppy work on the initial install. Either way, I now inspect on a regular basis and then request they double check. So far, so good. No further issues.
