Description of Work: Resided/repaired the outside and redid the fencing. Redid the deck. There are little things that are "coming undone" after two years. Prior to that (the house was re-built & added on to in 1978. A few updates since then. It just seems that some of the "treated" wood used was not top quality. Experiencing warping etc. Not too badly, but noticeable to someone who lives with it daily. | |Very nice people and we've known the Cuda family for a number of years. |

+ 0 moreWe needed to have the back deck replaced. Since the Cuda Company had done such a great job on our exterior repair and painting of the home last summer, we asked them to return and fix or replace the back deck. The crew is polite. They were here when they said they would get here. Pulled the old deck out and replaced it. We had a little different design with the bench seating open below rather than closed. They were meticulous in the even placement of the boards. The finishing of the wood (sanding, etc) and the ultimate application of the sealer. We fully expect this deck to last another 30+ years. Thanx to Bill and all his crew ;-}
Description of Work: Replaced outside rear deck. A 30+ year old deck had begun to give out and had become rotten in some areas. Cuda Company once again came and did an exemplary job in assessing, quoting, removing the old wood and rebuilding the deck. It is beautiful.

+ 0 moreThey did an excellent job. They built the home next to us and it's a beautiful home. They repaired the rods and windows. They worked on and painted the whole place. I would hire them again if I have any kind of contracting work within my home. I would rate them highly.
Description of Work: I use Cuda Co Inc. for construction services. We had not done our exterior for twenty years, and they redid our exterior.
