Description of Work: Cliff came out promptly to survey the work and gave me a verbal quote. I asked him to send me an e-mail with a written quote. A week went by and no response. I called and was told his e-mail or computer wasn't working. He said he'd drop off a written quote that day and I never saw him again.

Description of Work: He evaluated the problem and was working on getting a permit (held up by over-zealous beaurocrats) then he had a heart attack and had to withdraw from the project. If he recovers, we will let him finish the project which could run about $1200.

Description of Work: Cliff comes to our store often to fix electrical problems. He is very laid back and gets the job done right. He answers his own phone! Once he commits to a job he is very punctual. I believe his prices are fair.
