Clark Floor Sanding

Description of Work: I hired him to sand and refinish the floors in my house, the kitchen, living room, dining room, and put new floors in the bedroom. In the kitchen, he supplied a product called bonatraffic which is supposed to be used to in heavily trafficed areas on the floor. He applied the product and it did not stick. it is wearing, and anything dropped on the floor abosorbs into the wood. the amnufacturer stated that he did not correctly mix nor did he correctly apply the product. the manufacturer stated this product holds up in basketball arenas and should absolutely hold up on a residential kitchen floor. the manufacturer offered to supply replacement product but the provider was too arrogant to take advantage of this opportunity. in fact he hung up on me and will not answer my calls. they reccomended 4 gallons for correct application and he only applied 1 gallon.

Description of Work: Sanded and stained pine stair treads.
