Charles and Faith McCracken are independent appraisers who offer personal property appraisal services. Each appraisal assignment is designed to meet the needs, expectations and situation of the client. An initial consultation may be scheduled for a flat fee so the appraisal plan can be outlined, a budget created and a time table set. We look forward to working with you to provide expert valuation assistance.

Appraisals are prepared for a variety of intended uses, including insurance coverage, charitable donations, estate planning, equitable distribution, damage claims, litigation, etc. Appraisals can also assist a client in downsizing or collection building. We specialize in valuing fine art, rare books, collectibles, antiques and fine furnishings. Our appraisal reports are written in compliance with national standards (USPAP) and the guidelines of our professional association (ISA).
