Everyone was on time and extremely professional. They obviously had a command of electrics and the fixtures. They even educated us on what to do if the alarms go off again and there is no fire. These technicians were wonderful. They talked in terms that we could understand and were very helpful. An important feature for older folks.

They are about the only ones I would allow in my house.

Responsive, professional, reasonably priced. I tried 3 other local electrical contractors before a friend recommended Bluffton Electric. Two didn't call back to set an appointment, and one didn't have staff available. The Bluffton Electric dispatcher got engaged immediately, re-routed a crew in the area and had technicians on site within an hour. The technicians were personable and quickly isolated the problem to a cause (faulty switch wiring) far less extensive (and expensive) than I had anticipated. They installed and tested a new wall receptacle and were out the door in under an hour, despite my two inquisitive dogs getting in the way. The entire process from first call to problem resolution was accomplished in 2 hours, and the price was reasonable. The next time I have an electrical issue, I won't waste time and energy chasing down non-responsive service providers. I'll call Bluffton Electric first.

It went terribly. None of the work was done right. They were non responsive. All of the work had to be redone by another contractor.

They showed up on time and did all the work we asked them to do. They did it professionally and we have had no problems. The only negative is that the cost was higher than I anticipated. Could they have worked more efficiently? I doubt it.

Installation of a 220 Volt line required for the installation of a heat pump. Professional installers of the heat pump were satisfied with work of the electricians.
