+ -1 moreI highly recommend Bill for his great work and reasonable pricing. Bill and his crew took great care to contain debris as they worked, and were polite and professional. All my questions were answered without hesitation and in detail. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend Bill's A/C.
Description of Work: Bill and his crew removed the two units I had and set me up with a one brand new, two-zoned heat pump/HVAC system, complete with new duct work and thermostats, in a day and a half. The new duct work is amazing and gives me lots of room in my attic for storage.

Description of Work: Installed a Gree mini-split heat pump in a new room addition. The unit did not work properly on startup as the distributor did not sell the correct matching set for inside & outside. No problem. Bill came back a couple of days later and changed the outside unit for no extra charge! He did a great job, unit works perfect and has greatly enhanced the value of our home by adding 200sq.ft. Of conditioned living space.

I will only use him in the future and I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs their air conditioner or heating unit serviced. He will not disappoint you. I was very satisfied with his service and it is nice to know there are still honest service providers!
Description of Work: He serviced our air conditioning unit which included cleaning it, adding coolant, fixing a leak (which another AC vendor allegedly fixed in 2013!!).

Description of Work: Spring/summer a/c check-up; work on repairing a compressor. Bill will return to complete work tomorrow- he could have sold us a new unit in our bedroom over the garage but has suggested a new sealant product to seal a leak.
