Very well. Came to give estimate when scheduled. Installation was completed on schedule. Only problem was having phone calls returned so I stopped at their store and everything was scheduled and completed on time.

From start to finish, the process went smoothly.

The window manufacturer provided 4 replacement windows under their warranty program, and Best Glass installed them. The labor price was more than twice what they had estimated over the phone.

Excellent work and service.

Tried to contact them on numerous occasions. Called them over ten times, and only received voice-mail. I left five voice-mail messages, with no call back. A business friend, who knows the owner, tried to contact them, with no success.

Fantastic. They were very aware of keeping everything clean. Great job. I will definitely use them again (and I have done so already).

Installer came out to seal patio doors .He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained every detail of what was wrong with my door installation. I called later and asked for a quote on installing new patio doors but the owner, Sebastian, never got back with me. No problem - I called another installer.

It was a great experience! I called Best glass to request an estimates. Sebastian came to the house the next day to assess the job and measure the glass. His office called the next day with a fair price compared to other estimates I had received, and asked if I wanted them to order the replacement glass. They said it would take 3-5 days to arrive. I gave them the go ahead and the office called about five days later to say the glass had arrived. We set up an installation appointment for a few days later, on February 5th. Because it was raining heavily on February 5th, the office called to reschedule. We agreed on Monday, February 9th at noon. The installers arrived exactly on time, and proceeded to remove the existing window frames, replace the glass, reinstall the new windows, check the operation, and clean the windows...all in less then an hour. The bill was for the amount quoted and they were on their way. Very pleasant and professional installers and office staff.
