+ -1 moreDave came out to look at it and did a very thorough inspection. Then he sent me a 20 page report of his findings. He tested the door, floor and walls! He was so thorough, it was money well-spent! I've never worked with anyone who was so professional, intelligent, and most of all so kind and helpful! I can't say enough good things about Dave!
Description of Work: We had water leaking in near the sliding glass door and couldn't find the problem.

Description of Work: I had water leaking inside a sliding glass door and no one could figure out where it was coming from. Dave couldn't come out but suggested I send him pictures.

+ -1 moreI called Dave because no one can find the cause of the leakage. He told me he was extremely busy right now and couldn't come out, but to send him pictures of the door, floor and walls. I did so and within a day he wrote back with several suggestions, none of which I had heard from the guy I have working on the issue! I'm so impressed and will call him again with anymore problems I encounter!

+ -1 moreHiring Dave Hein of Be Assured Home Inspections turned out to be an excellent move. While we pride ourselves as being people who notice things, Dave pointed out things to us that we should address with our builder that we would never have seen. It gave us a great deal of peace of mind knowing that Dave was there monitoring the entire process. His reports were extremely detailed and easy to follow. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
Description of Work: At the suggestion of a friend of ours', we secured the services of Dave Hein to monitor the construction of our new home. We thought that it would be a smart move as we were going to be away during the initial phase of the project. Dave stopped by the construction site on a regular basis and kept us up to date as to our home’s progress and sent pictures after each visit. He issued us a very comprehensive report prior to the drywall phase, which came in quite handy when meeting with our contractor. He then issued us a very detailed 78 page report including photos of items that we should consider addressing with the contractor prior to closing. He left no stone unturned. Dave was very approachable during the entire process.
