Description of Work: Repaired and replaced flashing around roof ventelators that were improperly installed by another contractor 2 years ago. Coated portion of a flat roof membrane that previous contractor was paid to do but failed to do. The work went very well by B & B and the person that did the work was a skilled workman and explained the steps he was taking to prevent any leakage from storm water.

Description of Work: He did roof inspection, follow-up, estimate, listened to questions/problems re insurance, my schedule, etc. Got OK from Modifications Committee and he is doing bldg. permits and planning work when I fit into his roofing schedule. He is precise, friendly, and reassuring. So far, he's great. Amount spent is what total roof will cost. Ratings are only based on experience to date.
