As I stated, at times it seemed painstakingly slow to me, but I am an impatient type of guy. Don always called when he thought he would be delayed or when for some reason he could not get to our home on a given day. He is very cordial and polite and did the work he agreed to do, albeit in a slower schedule than I would have liked, but that was usually due to a delay in something we had to do or awaiting a choice our decorator was making.
