Description of Work: They put in a brick paver patio and firepit in our back yard. Good design - delivered as ordered at agreed price. Very good quality.

Description of Work: Installed stoops and pavers at 3 doors and 2 patios. Pored and installed pavers over curb for fire pit.

Description of Work: Removed old concrete driveway and installed pavers. We have a large driveway and they did everything possible to be sure that we had minimal inconvenience. The workers were courteous and there was a supervisor there to be sure things were being done to our satisfaction. They assured us that any of the lighting or sprinklers that were damaged would be repaired or replaced at their expense and they followed through. Some of these were installed too close to the old driveway. Also, weather was the major factor in any delays. We are very happy with the way it look and performs a year later. We had three estimates and their prices were comparable to their competitors. We chose these competitors based on Angie's list ratings. They honored the Angie's List coupon/discount. | |Our only complaint was that they did not make it clear that the driveway would not look like others they had shown us without having it sealed. After a week or so, we did not like the look of the unsealed driveway and ended up having it sealed, which was an additional $4000.

Description of Work: I reviewed 4 estimates for the installation of a 225 sq ft paver patio and selected American Paving Design. The estimate of service to be provided was complete in detail. American ordered all the materials and had them delivered. The next day two men started the work of removing earth in preparation for the crushed granite and then the sand for laying the pavers. The men worked continuously with out a break for lunch. They were skilled, attentive, polite, and completed the patio that day. The work was exemplary and the clean up outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating paving work. Tim, the owner, is a gentleman that lives by his word. His crew is top notch. I give them a straight A in all categories.
