+ -1 morehorrible - they never called and never showed up and I paid in advance- will never use them again and will never use or trust Angie's list again as they were apparently not vetted well and Angie's never followed up - not happy at all

Description of Work: He cleaned my vent as promised but dryer repairman said the vent still blocked. Turned out that the 20 year old flex hose was damaged so he returned promptly and replaced it with 4" pipe then rerouted my vent. Fantastic experience and I recommend him because of his knowledge about new codes... Flex hose not up to code as of 4 years ago... As well as his ability to brainstorm and fix my problem at a very reasonable cost! If he hadn't done this my vent would have filled up again very soon because of the damage to the flex hose and perhaps caused a fire. He will be back next year to clean it out and every year after that! Call him!

Description of Work: We gave 3 dates to choose from. He picked one and said he would be here at 9am. He was here promptly at 9am. He went right to work and was finished in about 30 minutes. He showed all that he had done. He cleaned up everything and put everything back together. He told us we probably needed to do it again in 2 years. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and clean. We will use him again.

+ 0 moreThe dryer was moved and the vent on the wall and the pigtail attached to the dryer were cleaned. The filter in the dryer was also cleaned. The floor and walls around the dryer were wiped down and cleaned. The dryer was then hooked back up. They were very through and professional. We will call them again and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Andrew cleaned the dryer vent in our home and our daughter's home. Each house was 59.00.
